Assistant Manager Logistics - LOGAM



  • Liaise with HQ logistics teams in South Korea, internal stakeholders, vendors, freight forwarder and 3PL for all logistics operations related matters
  • To communicate / translate between HQ Logistics team in South Korea, local logistics team, 3PL and vendors .
  • Manage logistics projects assigned to ensure delivery and implementations deadlines are met
  • Strict adherence to Singapore Custom practice and regulation and compliance
  • Follow up timely investigation on closure with all internal and external stakeholders for any logistics issues or system issue.
  • Participate in any survey for imported shipments at FTZ, Licensed warehouse as and when required
  • Be the main point of communication and contact between HQ Logistics, 3PL and Local Logistics team
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate Superior.

  • Preferably Degree in Logistics or related discipline
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant logistics / operations experience
  • Possess strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation and communication skills
  • Organised and self-motivated
  • Able to thrive under pressure
  • Professional competency in spoken and written Business level Korean language / English is required to communicate and provide translation with HQ Logistics team in South Korea.
