About Jeff Jeong: Joining Lotte Duty Free in 2012, Jeff quickly became an invaluable member of the mid- to long-term strategic team, contributing to the company’s growth. His role in the Business Development team, focusing on airports such as Incheon, Gimpo, Gimhae, and Jeju, further showcased his expertise. Jeff’s notable achievements include spearheading the Vietnam business joint venture structure and leading an investment profitability review. In March 2020, he assumed the role of Chief Strategy Officer, where he successfully established operational and business strategies. Recognized for his exceptional capabilities, Jeff was promoted to Managing Director of Lotte Duty Free Singapore in February 2023. His visionary leadership and strategic mindset continue to propel the company’s success.
