    Customer Care

    Lost and Found items - Lost and found items will be returned to Changi Airport Service Counter, kindly contact +65 6595 6868. You may also write in to HelloSG@lotte.net or Whatsapp LOTTE DUTY FREE hotline at +65 8725 5890

    Refund - Customer can request for full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Products must be in its original purchasing condition, with all tags attached, and must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging. 

    Exchange or Refund of Defective Item – If the item is found defective, customer can request for a one-to-one exchange or refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Product must be in complete set with all tags and labels (if any) when returned to us. 

    If you return an item that does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject the return and any request for a refund.
    Once your request is processed, you will receive the refund via your original mode of payment within 14 to 21 business days.

    Payment Modes – Payment can be in the form of cash, credit card or digital payment such as: Alipay, Paynow, ChangiPay, UnionPay, GrabPay, LiquidPay, ShopeePay, Singtel Dash and Meituan.
    Payment Currency – Our stores accept Singapore Dollar and major currencies
